Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Alexandria. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at the clinic.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in receptionist duties
  • Proficient in clerical skills, including data entry and record management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills to address patient needs and concerns effectively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting is advantageous
