Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves processing vendor invoices, preparing and maintaining accurate expense reports, ensuring timely payments, performing reconciliations, and supporting accounting and finance operations through journal entries and financial data analysis. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Accounting, Finance, and Journal Entries.
  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports with attention to detail.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data.
  • Experience with accounting software and financial tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical services environment is an advantage.
