The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years' of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings.

Job Purpose:

Technical management of fiber optic cables testing lab and shop floor department activities, supervisors and inspectors in accordance with QMS. Participate in the establishment or modification of the work procedures according to QMS. Run the type/specific performance tests according to relevant specifications/quality plans.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of inspectors & supervisor who are involved in inspecting product and ensure that they meet the quality standards and supervise carrying out their works and tasks in production hall and testing labs
  • Perform special tests on products to ensure quality standards for the products are met such as (Detection of instantaneous change of power transmittance by MAP device).
  • Effectively collect, prepare and report document all major quality problems to QC section head/ senior engineer to discuss and take the final decision and the needed corrective actions.
  • Oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure adherence to established standards of quality.
  • Carry out and undertake testing & measuring of the all incoming material and issue supplier problem quality report (SPQR) in case of defected materials. & add the incoming raw material to warehouse.
  • Issue & monitor non-conformance report (NCR) for any failure, findings and defected products
  • Implement & carry out all calibration tasks and follow up equipment's status/performance.
  • Handle and prepare all the inspection committees documentations & Issue test certificate and inspection book during inspection according to customer request.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering
  • Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Language proficiency: English (Written and verbal)
