Job Title: Business Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that support the company's revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide business strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the same industry is an advantage.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
