As a
Senior
Sales Account Manager
, you will manage and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
· Initiate and manage the sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting presentations, and identifying client requirements.
· Identify opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
· Grow existing accounts by introducing new products and services, ensuring client satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs and company offerings.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM systems.
· Represent IT Dynamics Group at client meetings, industry events, and vendor engagements.
· Provide exceptional client service and ensure expectations are consistently met.
· Stay informed on technology trends, vendor solutions, and market dynamics.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
· 4–7 years of B2B sales or account management experience (experience in IT/system integration preferred).
· Proven track record in account management and sales growth.
· Familiarity with networking, security, or collaboration solutions is a plus.
