We are hiring at Moharram & Partners | Public Affairs and Strategic Communications (M&P)

Location: Egypt – Smart Village (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the policy team.
  • Define and guide policy research priorities across the Middle East and Africa.
  • Drive client strategy, strengthening relationships and identifying high-impact opportunities.
  • Lead business development initiatives and oversee expansion of key client accounts.
  • Represent the firm at senior-level meetings with clients, government officials, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in public policy (Must have a background in ICT)
  • English speaking (French speaking is a plus)
