NLDS+ Partners is looking for an Experienced Technical Interior Designer (Alexandria)

Join our dynamic team NLDS, a leading design and architecture firm specializing in innovative interior spaces, seeks a skilled Technical Interior Designer with 5-7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed shop drawings from conceptual designs.

  • Create high-quality CAD and Revit models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to realize the project vision.

  • Provide technical support and recommendations during construction.

  • Review and refine design documentation, maintaining consistency.

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations (as needed).

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

  • 5-7 years of experience in interior architecture/design, focusing on shop drawings.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required).

  • Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and interior detailing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
