Role Description

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Zahraa El Maadi.
The Technical Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, develop and manage project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate project progress to stakeholders, and address any risks or issues that arise. Additionally, the role involves driving program objectives while maintaining team alignment and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Roadmaps/sprints, acceptance criteria, weekly demos & releases.
  • Define API/integration specs; coordinate partners (Team Assurance, Roslynn, Sensing, BlackStone, Marina Park, RKE)
  • CI/CD & environments; security/PDPL controls; UAT & cutovers
  • Light hands-on coding (~30%) across backend/agents; code reviews; quality gates (tests, SAST/DAST)

  • KPI reporting; mentor junior engineer; maintain docs/runbooks

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science and Information System or equivalent.
  • 6–10 years shipping SaaS/enterprise software
  • Strong systems/API design; CI/CD; Node/TypeScript or Python; able to review React/Next
  • Arabic & English; familiarity with AI/agent patterns (guardrails/evals)
  • Nice to have:
