Job Summary:

Taqnor is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our HR team in Nasr City. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction sector and will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:


• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).


• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly.


• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and Egyptian labor law.


• Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance management activities.


• Provide HR administrative support and assist in implementing HR initiatives.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the Construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Good command of English.


• Ready to join immediately.
