Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Assistant, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in company databases, maintaining data integrity, preparing reports, and verifying the accuracy of data. The role also includes collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to company standards and guidelines. Organizational and time management skills will be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong Computer Literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Fast and accurate Typing abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office management are a plus
