Key Responsibilities:

Record daily transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.

Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.

Manage accounts receivable and payable, and review supplier and customer invoices.

Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure accuracy.

Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and documents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting major, or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team and handle work pressure.

Applicants must be residents of October City or nearby areas.
