Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz El Shohada. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in facilities management, coordinating with diverse service teams to ensure quality and compliance with international best practices. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, supervising soft service teams (e.g., housekeeping, waste management, and pest control), and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The selected candidate will also engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions while maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in facilities management operations, including engineering, maintenance, and architectural repair
  • Proficiency in soft services management, such as housekeeping, landscaping, catering, and waste management
  • Knowledge of industrial health & safety protocols, civil defense, and evacuation control procedures
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and client communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus
  • Experience in handling high-profile projects for multinational or large-scale organizations is highly desirable
