Job Title: Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

About the Company:

A leading construction company is seeking a qualified and motivated Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:


• Prepare, review, and update mechanical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.


• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.


• Perform quantity surveying and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).


• Provide technical support to site teams during project execution.


• Follow up on procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials.


• Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.


• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in construction projects.


• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing).


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.


• Good command of English (written and spoken).


• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
