Role Description

Halan is seeking a full-time Fintech Area Supervisor to join our team on-site in Markaz Samalot. The Fintech Area Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include supervising field activities, training and supporting team members, and driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. The role involves analyzing key performance metrics, addressing escalated issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
