Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Production Engineer at our facility in 6 of October, Egypt. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensure the effective execution of production plans, and maintain compliance with quality standards. The role involves identifying areas for process improvement, monitoring performance metrics, managing resources efficiently, and collaborating closely with team members to drive optimal production performance. Additional tasks include troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analyses, and supporting the development of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise and experience in Production Engineering preferred in Aluminum extrusion
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement
  • Solid understanding of Quality Control processes and procedures
  • Excellent Communication skills for teamwork and coordination across departments
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with production and engineering software tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a must
