About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental function across multiple operational sites. The role requires a hands-on leader who can build a strong safety culture, drive compliance, and ensure safe and sustainable practices across logistics, cargo handling, aviation, construction, and energy operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and programs across all sites.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and internal audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting, ensuring lessons learned are applied.
  • Provide training, coaching, and awareness sessions to operational teams to reinforce safety culture and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor and environmental regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and standards.
  • Oversee emergency response plans, fire safety programs, and site-specific HSE initiatives.
  • Monitor environmental performance and implement waste management, pollution control, and energy-saving measures.
  • Prepare reports, analyze HSE performance data, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
  • Manage and develop the HSE team to ensure consistent implementation across multiple sites.
