Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Hurghada. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular performance evaluations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, business development, and sales strategy implementation.
  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools, reporting systems, and data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work on-site in Hurghada and travel within the assigned region as necessary.
