Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications specialist to execute our B2C marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong executer with a strong understanding of digital marketing, product launches, and brand activation. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Management:

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions with relevant parties.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
  • Website management, including updating content, user experience optimization, and tracking performance.

Product Launch Strategies:

  • Execute comprehensive product launch plans for new genetic tests and services.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Create compelling marketing materials and messaging to support product launches.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing:

  • Execute BTL marketing activities, including direct mail, brochures, and promotional events.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and agencies.
  • Plan and execute activation events within clinics, hospitals, and other related venues.

Communication Strategies:

  • Implement communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Create consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage public relations and media relations activities.

Activation & PR Events:

  • Execute PR events, conferences, and workshops to engage target audiences.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
  • Organize and manage activation events to promote awareness and engagement.

Budget Management:

  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C and digital marketing.
  • Previous Experience in women-led intiative/Product.

Working Days: 5 days, 8 Hours Per Day
