Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tanta Branch Manager at American Egyptian Academy, located in Nasr City. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling budgets, developing strategies to enhance branch performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations and policies. The Branch Manager will also work to achieve financial targets and improve service quality.

  • Skills in Customer Service, Client Relations, and Complaint Resolution
  • Achieve sales targets & grow student enrollment
  • Strategic Planning, Performance Improvement, and Organizational Development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving, Decision-making, and Critical Thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
