Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical/Electrical Procurement Engineer at our Qesm El Maadi location. The role includes sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing mechanical and electrical components required for construction and engineering projects. Daily responsibilities encompass supplier selection, negotiation to ensure cost efficiency and quality, preparing procurement documents, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also requires adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related tools
  • Experience in Inspection and quality assurance practices
  • Knowledge of Automotive components and systems
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is an added advantage
