Location: 6th of October City
Company: A leading Import & Export company with a factory
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to users in the factory and sales branches.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and update operating systems and office applications.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and IT access permissions.
Support and monitor internal network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, Access Points).
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth and secure system operations.
Log incidents and prepare periodic technical reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Practical experience in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Preferably certified in one or more of the following:
CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Network+
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Previous experience in industrial or multi-branch companies is a plus.
