We are seeking a professional customer service representative to welcome our customers upon arrival and ensure they have a positive first impression of our organization. This role involves greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate person or location, and ensuring a smooth entry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet all the customers.
  • Provide directions or assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Assist in managing customer flow during busy times.
  • Direct customers to relevant departments or available staff for further assistance.
  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a solution-driven attitude.
  • Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Must be a resident of Hurghada.
