Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hurghada for an Information Technology Help Desk position. The IT Help Desk professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting network and system issues, maintaining network security, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services. The role also entails offering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing their IT-related queries and concerns promptly.

  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Information Technology knowledge and Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in a similar IT Help Desk role is a plus
