Gems International School Soma Bay is seeking a friendly and organized School Front Desk (FOH) professional to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students warmly, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondences, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and readily available.
  • Assist with student enrollment processes, including registration and maintaining accurate student records.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for school events and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing school documents.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with school management software is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
