Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive business development. Daily tasks include maintaining customer service excellence, leading customer satisfaction efforts, prospecting and generating leads, and communicating effectively with clients to meet their needs and align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and delivering high-quality client experiences
- Strong skills in Account Management and relationship building with clients
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying opportunities for business growth
- Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the telecommunications or MVAS industry, is an advantage
