Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and target prospects through diverse sales channels.

· Generating sales leads with new clients.

· Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients.

· Prepare and deliver engaging proposals and presentations.

· Execute high‑volume outbound activity: cold calls, personalized emails, and client visits.

· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to build and maintain good relationships.

· Working towards achieving the sales target.

· Collaborate within teams to achieve better results.

· Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.

· Sales reporting and reviewing performance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management.

· 2-3 years of experience in insurance or brokerage companies.

· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Responsible and ethical.
