Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharm El Sheikh for a Front Office Supervisor. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front office operations, including managing the front desk team, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and handling guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves facilitating reservations processes and ensuring high standards of customer service to enhance guest experiences. Additional responsibilities include training staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and managing daily front desk operations
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address guest needs professionally and efficiently
- Experience in Reservations and familiarity with booking systems is an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff clearly and effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain seamless front office operations
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in hotel front office operations and knowledge of industry standard systems are advantageous
