Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Software Sales Executive role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Software Sales Executive will oversee generating leads, developing sales strategies, and conducting effective sales presentations. The role also involves providing consultative selling approaches to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Software Sales and general Sales techniques
  • Proficiency in conducting Sales Presentations and effectively communicating solutions
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Skill in Consultative Selling and building client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Compensation & Commission Structure


• Competitive base salary.


• Quarterly commission, calculated as follows:


• 5% on the first three acquisitions in the quarter.


• 7% on the fourth, fifth, and sixth acquisitions.


• 10% on the seventh acquisition and beyond.


• Commission is paid out on receivables (when payments from clients are collected).


• Rewards increase with consistent performance and deal closure accuracy.
