Role Description

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC operations and lead the maintenance team at our Sadat site. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for system performance, safety, and team supervision.

Work Schedule:


• Shift-based


• 8 hours per shift


• 6 working days per week (26 days/month)

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise daily HVAC operations and maintenance activities.


• Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems and equipment.


• Lead, train, and manage HVAC technicians on-site.


• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance plans.


• Report performance, breakdowns, and improvement actions to management.

Qualifications:


• Technical Diploma (HVAC / Mechanical or related field).


• Minimum 10 years of hands-on HVAC experience.


• Proven supervisory or team-leading experience.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in shift-based operations.

Compensation:


• EGP 18,000 net per month
