Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Technical Coordinator. The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring effective project management and coordination within infrastructure and landscape works. Daily tasks include providing technical support to projects by preparing shop drawings, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and documentation, ensuring proper design coordination and smooth execution of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and update shop drawings according to project specifications.

  • Perform quantity surveying and prepare bills of quantities.

  • Assist in cost estimation and tender preparation.

  • Draft technical reports and maintain project documentation.

  • Coordinate between different disciplines (civil, architectural, MEP) to resolve design conflicts.

  • Support site engineers with technical solutions and clarifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical office work (mid level can be adjusted).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or Primavera is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
