Responsibilities

  • Communicates with the data and reporting team to request required data to support accurate and timely business analysis.
  • Analyzes customer performance metrics including approval rates, signing, and transaction drop-offs to identify bottlenecks and improve customer conversion.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to analyze merchant performance to maximize revenue and optimize merchant contributions.
  • Creates automated dashboards for business units and management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Partners with management to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and drive growth.
  • Monitors Non-Performing Loans per merchant to detect risks early and implement corrective actions in coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Experience 3-5 years
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • CRM and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with CRM platforms and BI tools relevant to customer and merchant data.
  • Reporting Tools: Knowledge of reporting software and processes for regular business unit updates.
  • Basic Programming (Optional): Skills in Python, R, or scripting for data manipulation or automation.
  • Presentation Software: Ability to prepare clear and compelling presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
