Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemical Engineer located in Giza. The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for performing analytical and laboratory tasks, working in the chemical industry, communicating project updates, and engaging in process engineering activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chemical engineer in
    Surface treatment of Aluminum
  • Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, process design, and process control.
  • Proficiency in using chemical engineering software and simulation tools (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in chemical engineering.

Preferred skills

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licence or progress towards obtaining it.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with process control and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in India.
  • Keen ability for project management and leadership.
  • Experience with laboratory techniques and chemical analysis.
  • Experience with chemical equipment maintenance and chemical plant operations.
