Your Role

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive
    MEP cost estimates, cost plans, and BoQs
    .
  • Drive
    cost planning and control
    across project lifecycles — from concept through construction.
  • Lead
    risk and value management
    for MEP systems, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization.
  • Manage
    tendering, procurement, and contract administration
    processes for MEP trades.
  • Apply knowledge of
    NRM, POMI, and MEP-specific measurement standards
    to achieve consistent results.
  • Work closely with
    design, engineering, and commercial teams
    to align cost strategy with technical delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on
    contract and procurement matters
    , with familiarity in
    FIDIC
    and GCC practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • 7-10
    years of MEP QS/Cost Management Experience
    ,
  • Strong technical understanding of
    MEP systems
    , procurement, and estimation methodologies.
  • Proficiency with
    CostX
    and digital take-off platforms (Considered a plus)
  • RICS membership
    (or working towards it).
  • Previous experience in
    international cost consultancy
    environments
    (Considered a plus)
    .
