Sales Account Manager

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager with a solid track record in selling infrastructure or technology solutions.
You'll focus on turn-key projects that require complete design-to-deployment execution and build long-term relationships across target sectors.
The right candidate will have existing connections in construction, real estate development, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, or government sectors and understand how to position infrastructure as a business enabler.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the following sectors:
* Real Estate & Construction: residential compounds, mixed-use developments, commercial buildings.
* Hospitality & Tourism: hotels, resorts, and entertainment venues.
* Education: schools, universities, and training campuses.
* Healthcare: hospitals, clinics, and medical complexes.
* Industrial & Manufacturing: factories and industrial parks.
* Government & Smart Cities: administrative projects, new city developments, and public facilities.
* Promote NDS's full portfolio of infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
* Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to tailor proposals to customer needs.
* Present technical and commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure target achievement.
* Build deep, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and procurement leads within your assigned sectors.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or IT.
* 3+ years of experience in sales within IT, ELV, or infrastructure systems.
* Strong knowledge of network, cabling, CCTV, or unified communication solutions.
* Established relationships in one or more of the target sectors.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage the full sales cycle.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.
