Business Intelligence and Analytics Team Leader/Manager
Job Summary:
Participating in the development and implementation of the bank's Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, designing and overseeing the deployment of analytical platforms, ensuring their alignment with the bank's overall objectives, and reviewing all data analysis activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the bank's Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, ensuring its alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of analytical platforms.
- Carrying out & Overseeing data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to generate actionable insights and support decision-making across all bank sectors.
- Preparing & reviewing periodic and on-demand analytical reports in accordance with the requirements of various bank sectors.
- Providing guidance and support to specialized data analysis teams across different departments as needed.
- Reviewing the implementation of statistical models (ML / regression models) and classifying the bank's data into relevant segments for sharing with concerned stakeholders.
- Developing & reviewing dashboards and data visualizations that deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information to stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent higher qualification in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field for the Team Leader Position
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field for the Manager Position
