Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Large Corporate Support Senior Officer. The role is located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Officer will be responsible for providing support to large corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal departments, handling client queries and concerns, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth and providing insights to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client accounts, handling queries, and resolving issues
  • Coordination and Communication: Strong coordination skills with internal departments, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements, ability to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Business Development: Ability to identify business growth opportunities, provide insights to enhance client satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
