Social Media Moderator
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online interactions, ensuring a positive community experience, and maintaining the brand's voice across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Maintain a positive, respectful, and brand-aligned communication tone.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Track engagement and report any unusual activity or trends.

Collaborate with the content and marketing team to improve community engagement.

Hide, filter, or manage inappropriate comments and ensure brand safety.

Follow the content calendar and ensure timely moderation during campaigns.

Provide daily/weekly reports on community activity and insights.

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Moderator or similar role in a marketing agency or brand.

Strong communication and writing skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to multitask and manage high-volume online interactions.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts (if required)
