As a Social Media Moderator you'll be responsible to manage comments and messages, engage with our audience, and help drive sales through direct interaction. You'll play a key role in maintaining a positive online presence and hitting communication and sales targets.

Your focus will be on selling our services (workshops, diplomas) to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Social Media Moderation:

Manage and monitor comments, messages, and interactions on Social Media Platform


• Community Engagement:

Respond to inquiries, feedback, and comments promptly and in a Friendly or professionally and in a proper way to build strong connections with followers.


• Achieve Sales Targets:

Promote our Courses, answer customer queries, and boost sales through social media interactions.


• Reporting to Marketing Manager :

Prepare regular reports on moderation activity, customer feedback, and sales-related performance to help improve overall strategy and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Social Media Moderation (Sales)
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Familiar with CRM tools, management tools, Excel and Reporting
  • Very Good in English
