Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for the role of Offshore Operation Director. The Director will lead overall operations to ensure optimal efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include managing and improving processes, overseeing budgets, leading and mentoring teams, analyzing operational data, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. The role requires strong leadership and strategic decision-making to guide the organization's offshore operations successfully.

Requirements:

  • 5 up to 8 Years experience in the BPO / Call Center industry.
  • B2 Up to C1 English language skills (spoken & written).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar leadership role, especially managing offshore operations, is highly advantageous
