Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Cairo, Egypt. The SDR will handle lead generation, prospect identification, and initiate contact with potential clients in the German-speaking market. The role includes delivering high-quality outbound calls , scheduling qualified meetings, manage pipeline. Performance-driven goals will be met through excellent communication and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
  • Proficiency in lead generation, outbound communication, and managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • A positive attitude and results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred
