Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quality Engineer located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality engineering, ensuring product quality, and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes. The role involves daily collaboration with engineering and production teams to maintain and improve quality standards during design, development, and manufacturing stages. The Senior Quality Engineer will also lead quality management initiatives and provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Education:
     Bachelor's degree in e
    ngineering
    .
  • Industry Experience:
     Experience in the 
    Oil and Gas
     industry (desirable).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a quality department, with exposure to a supervisory role preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Quality Systems
    : Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Familiarity with 
    Regulatory Standards
    : Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Auditing, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
  • Proficiency in 
    Process & Tools
    : Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement Process, and SOP management.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
