Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer based in Alexandria. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, conducting analyses, preparing technical drawings, and reviewing project specifications. They will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards, perform system testing, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves ensuring project deliverables are completed on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Systems Design, Circuit Design, and Power Distribution Systems.
  • Experience with CAD software, Electrical Design Tools, and technical drawing creation.
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards, compliance requirements, and building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and working with project specifications.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in project management and leadership roles is advantageous.
