Role Description
As a
Telesales Executive
, you will be responsible for selling the company's educational programs to potential customers and achieving assigned sales targets. You will engage new prospects, understand customer needs, present suitable programs, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in
B2C sales
(education, real estate, or telecom is a plus) - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic English proficiency
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
