Core Requirements:

  • Experience:
    3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience across
    Meta Ads
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and at least one other platform (TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn).
  • Budget Management:
    Proven track record managing
    large monthly budgets (e.g., $10K–$100K+)
    with consistent ROAS or CPA targets.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Ability to create, execute, and optimize
    full-funnel ad strategies
    (TOF, MOF, BOF) for different verticals.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong proficiency in analyzing data via
    Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
    , identifying insights, and presenting performance reports.
  • A/B Testing:
    Experience with creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation, and landing page optimization.
  • Tracking Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of
    pixels, UTMs, conversions API, and attribution tools.

Technical & Platform Skills:

  • Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • TikTok Ads Manager / Snapchat Ads (bonus)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) & GA4
  • Shopify / WooCommerce ad integrations
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (reporting & dashboards)

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration (with designers, copywriters, and clients).
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills for junior buyers or performance teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.
