Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing application and technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining optimal application performance. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, analyzing and diagnosing application problems, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Application Support and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in managing customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the precious metal trading industry is a plus
