We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team at Nawy Real Estate. This role will focus on supporting and maintaining mission-critical applications to ensure seamless operations across the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in troubleshooting applications, providing user support, and working closely with various teams to implement effective solutions.

  • Application Monitoring: Regularly monitor application performance and health to ensure reliability and optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by users in a timely manner, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • User Support: Provide end-user support and training, guiding users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers and IT teams to implement software updates, enhance application features, and resolve complex application problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, support processes, and technical specifications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test new application releases and changes to ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving application performance and user experience, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Incident Management: Manage and prioritize application-related incidents, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in application support roles.

● Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

● Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.

● Familiarity with software development methodologies and collaboration with development teams is preferred.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
