TMS & Database Application Support Specialist

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert
    first- and second-line support
    for Translation Management Systems (TMS) and database platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Act as the go-to contact for internal teams and clients for
    technical and workflow support
    .
  • Monitor and maintain
    system performance, uptime, and security
    .
  • Manage
    user accounts, permissions, and integrations
    across multiple systems.
  • Document incidents and build a strong
    technical knowledge base
    .
  • Contribute to
    system upgrades, releases, and automation initiatives
    .
  • Collaborate with localization, IT, and project management teams to enhance our tech stack.


What You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in
    technical support
    or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of
    TMS tools
    (e.g., XTM, SDL Trados, Memsource, Phrase).
  • Solid understanding of
    SQL
    and basic
    scripting/automation
    skills.
  • Experience with
    AI tools
    is a plus.
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
