We are looking for a
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
to join our team and ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures across ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site activities and take immediate action to stop any unsafe act or condition.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company HSE policies, regulations, risk assessments, and environmental requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HSE matters to project teams and management.
  • Participate in weekly toolbox meetings and deliver safety awareness sessions as scheduled.
  • Assist the HSE Manager in analyzing, reporting, and investigating accidents and incidents, and issue preliminary reports.
  • Oversee routine HSE inspections and safety controls to protect the health and safety of all personnel and subcontractors.
  • Verify that workers are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate and oversee HSE-related activities, particularly those involving multiple contractors.
  • Provide on-site guidance to prevent accidents, equipment damage, fires, or environmental incidents.
  • Issue work permits and ensure on-ground safety compliance.
  • Supervise inspection of tools and equipment prior to use.
  • Perform additional HSE duties as required to support the department.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the HSE field (preferably in multinational project environments).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work full-time (8 hours per day) and actively engage with site teams.
