𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐇𝐒𝐄 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞)

We are looking for an HSE Officer (Site) to join our team on one of our ongoing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment at the site by implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.

  • Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards or unsafe conditions.

  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees, contractors, and site staff.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports analyzing root causes and recommend corrective measures.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company HSE standards on-site.

  • Maintain documentation of HSE performance, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.

  • Participate in emergency preparedness planning and response drills when necessary.

  • Communicate safety policies clearly to all site personnel and ensure understanding and adherence.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.

  • Ability to perform risk assessments and site inspections.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
