Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer on the ThndrX team, you'll craft intuitive, data-driven trading experiences that help users navigate financial markets with confidence. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our advanced web trading platform - where speed, clarity, and usability are essential to success.

• Design seamless, high-impact user journeys for trading, market insights, and portfolio management.

• Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable, and visually engaging interfaces.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.

• Balance user needs with market and regulatory constraints to ensure reliability and performance.

• Conduct usability testing, gather insights, and iterate for optimal efficiency and engagement.

• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency and flexibility.

• 3+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fintech or data-intensive products.

• Advanced Figma skills - components, variables, prototyping, and design systems.

• Strong understanding of atomic design principles and design tokenization.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and design elegant solutions.

• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual and interaction design.

• The ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
